6. Fulfillment and Shipping

PNTHAR BAG uses a third-party supplier network.

Products purchased from our store are shipped directly from China to customers in the United States.

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days after shipment.

7. Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled through different packages.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and may have separate tracking information.

8. Customs and Import Charges

Where customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar governmental charges apply to a shipment, they are the responsibility of the customer unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers have 30 days from delivery to submit an eligible refund request to help@pnthar-usa.com.

When a refund is approved, physical return of the product is not required. The customer may keep or dispose of the item.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally appear within 5 to 10 business days after processing, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
